The challenge
Pegasus Airlines had been working with RTB House for two years when they came with the desire to increase volume in the German market. Ad campaigns were performing adequately, but Pegasus Airlines was eager to explore new creative formats that would capture user attention and increase the number of clicks and impressions.
The challenge for RTB House was to bring in more site visitors intent on purchasing flights. Our task was to drive high-quality site traffic while maintaining ad efficiency within the agreed budget.

Quality Traffic is an RTB House solution that aligns perfectly with the need that Pegasus Airlines highlighted. Many people who visit the website are simply browsing or not yet ready to book their dream trip. Quality Traffic uses Deep Learning-powered algorithms to identify intent, analyze browsing behavior, and then target people who haven’t booked their flight but are genuinely ready to take to the skies.
We introduced Search Banners, which are an innovative and exciting ad format. Users can type their preferred flight destination directly into the text boxes in the ad and dynamically see offer details. If the suggested journey matches their needs, they click through to the site to find out more.

Because people who land on the Pegasus Airlines webpage have already chosen the exact journey in the Search Banner, they are much more likely to convert. Our Quality Traffic campaigns bring visitors to the site who are motivated and engaged potential buyers.
Running the Quality Traffic campaign as an addition to our already successful retargeting ads brought an 83% increase in the total number of generated site visits—an incredible 45% of which came from Search Banners that engaged and excited users.
What’s more, the campaigns brought the much-desired volume with an efficient use of the budget. Quality Traffic campaigns generated 137% more clicks than retargeting. The cost per click for these visits to specific offers on the Pegasus Airlines website was a 47% improvement on that of static ads—proving that creative and innovative extensions to already successful campaigns can add significant value.
